Site improvements include private patio spaces for residents as well a Sensory Garden, Native Colorado Garden, Edible Gardens incorporated into individual Home sites, an experiential Loop Walk, Signage and Wayfinding, and a Water Feature. Oxbow engaged in extensive site and programming research in developing specific designs that will support the Green House Homes Project goals.
