West Line Village

West Line Village is an approximately 10 acre transit oriented development (TOD) project that aims to introduce a mix of high density housing options in a project construct that maximizes walkability and accessibility to transit. The project site is within ¼ mile of the Sheridan Light Rail Station and also a short walk to the Colfax transit and retail corridor. The RTD West Corridor links Lakewood and Jefferson County with Downtown Denver.

West Line Village endeavors to align with the vision for this area as set forth in the preceding planning efforts; including the Sheridan Station Area Plan and the 20 Min. Neighborhood Plan. Understanding that opportunities for changes to land use, design and mobility exist at Sheridan Station, the project will serve as a catalyst for the community’s vision by providing a mix of housing types that may include townhouse, single-family detached, and multi-family housing. The project is envisioned for residents who desire to reside in a home that allows them to use light rail for much of their commuting, as well as enjoying the local amenities and benefits of the West Colfax Corridor.
